APIs

API is the acronym for application programming interface — a software intermediary that allows two applications to talk to each other. APIs are an accessible way to extract and share data within and across organizations.

Web Services

Service offered by an electronic device to another electronic device, communicating with each other via the Internet.

Batch Services

A batch job is a scheduled program that is assigned to run on a computer without further user interaction. Batch jobs are often queued up during working hours, then executed during the evening or weekend when the computer is idle.

FTP

The File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is a standard communication protocol used for the transfer of computer files from a server to a client on a computer network or over the Internet.

Electronic Reports

Reports that are generated, archived and published in a digital format and can be viewed by any electronic device as a computer or intelligent mobile phone.
